What is the difference between "even","also" and "too"(at the end of a sentence)?

Even is not generally at the end of a sentence. You typically see it at the beginning. Even I like ice cream, and I am a picky eater. Also and too are interchangeable. You like ice cream? I like ice cream too. I like ice cream also (this sounds a little less natural).

Even is a difficult word to describe, as it has many uses. But it can be used as a comparison or situational verb (or it can be used as an adjective). Eg: "Even if this happens I will do this". Also and Too are used for additions in sentences: "I will do this too" or "I will do this also". So those two essentially have no difference, it depends on the sentence, which sounds better.

Also, may you give examples of expressions with these words that confuse you too? This way we may even be able to explain their usage more clearly (if you desire).
