1) Where do you want to meet?
2) What time do you want to meet?
Colloquial:
1: ¿Dónde quieres quedar?
2: ¿A qué hora quieres quedar?
Formal (infrequent):
1: ¿Dónde quieres que nos reunamos?
2: ¿A qué hora quieres que nos reunamos?
In 2nd person of plural "quieres" must be replaced with "queréis".
