'Poow' definitely isn't an English word. Nor is it a standard acronym for anything widely known.
It is either a typo, or an acronym used exclusively among people within a particular industry or business. We don't know anything about your company and its products, so we have no way of knowing. But, for example, the 'p' might stand for 'price', the 'o' might be order, and the 'w' might be 'weight'. Would a phrase like that make sense in the context?
