What they mean by " My God my tourniquet " ?
I found this phrase in one of Evanescence lyrics, is this expression used by Christians? Or ,she just made it up to mean that he is like a tourniquet for her wounds?

This phrase is not directly related to Christianity in any literal sense. The connotation is that God is saving her from bleeding in a spiritual sense.
Disclaimer: I am not a practicing Christian, though I was originally raised Catholic. I must admit though - the phrasing is powerful indeed; I do enjoy this band even though this is not one of my favorites of their songs.
