Are these sentences right? The wind swung teeterboard in the yard. The chandelier swung in the wind. A drunk man walked along the road swinging. I returned the book to him yesterday.

In the first sentence, the word "the" should be placed before "teeterboard". For the third sentence, I would word it differently and use a form of "sway" instead of "swing". It sounds a bit silly otherwise. Something more like: "A drunk man swayed as he walked along the road". As for the second and fourth sentences, they're perfect. Good job!

Don't know about the first one, I've not heard of a teeterboard, but the grammar doesn't look right. Second and fourth are fine, but I would say a drunk person sways rather than swings.
