How do you say "I'm glad we can be friends" in Japanese?
When I ask someone to be friends and they say yes, I'd like to be able to say something along the lines of "I'm glad we can be friends!"
How should I say this in Japanese?
Thanks! :)

I would say: ともだちになれてうれしいです or ともだちになることができてうれしいです。
I hope this was helpful.
