i want to know the difference between these words:
(promote) & ( encourage)
and which one do i have to use here ? >> [ you __ENCOURAGE __ or __PROMOTE __ me to start working out]

Hi Feda,
"Promote" is usually used to increase or advance something. For example, if you are promoted at work, or if a sales person is trying to promote a new product. "Encourage" means to motivate or to provide support. In your example, someone would encourage you to workout.
