I was in Skype since 12:55, NYC time, waiting for the teacher Rebecca.. What happened? I don't have her skype login. She has mine. I couldn't do anything; only wait for her but she didn't show up in my screen. Now, what can I do? I'm feeling bad because I need find another teatcher teatcher and I payed money for a class I didn't not miss. Please, answer me! I sent a message for her too. I'm waiting the solutions! This is a bad start with this web site. Thanks!

Hi Maria Elisa, Don't worry. All you need to do is report a problem with the session after it's over and then say whether you want a refund or to reschedule. We don't want you to pay for a class that your teacher missed. If you need help, you can check these FAQs for advice or contact italki Support: [email protected] - make sure to send us the Session ID # so we can find your information quickly. Hope that helps, and just write us an email if there's anything we can do to help you.

Don't worry. I am sure this situation will be resolved quickly. I doubt you will lose your money as you have to confirm that the lesson took place. Only then italki transfers ITC to teacher's account.
