How to use "get" "receive" and "did" "have"
I want to write a email to someone to ask if he or she received my last email. How should I say?
Did you received my last email?
Have you received my last email?
Have you got my last email?
Thank you.

"Did you receive my last email?"
"Have you received my last email?"
"Have you gotten my last email?"
Either of these would work. But the first one is probably the best choice because it is more formal.
