No. I would not know what you meant.
Perhaps you mean to say "He is kind of like me"? or, another meaning entirely, "He is kind to me"?

If you were to say "He is kind of me" I would think you meant that he was the same person as you. Hence, I agree with Michael, that "He is kind of like me" makes the most sense as far as what it sounds like you are trying to say.

Нет, это невазможно. Ты не можешь переводить как бы сказал по твоему родному языку. Тебе нужно сказать: He's kind TO ME - Он любезен со мной
Я согласна с Майклом, "he is kind of me" значит что он любезен оддинакого как ты тоже. А тоже если ты имельно этого хотела сказать тебе было бы нужно сказать: "He's kind just like me" - "Он любезен правда как и я"
Если тебе что-то ещё не ясно, ты просто спроси.

Unless you really mean "He is kind to me." which would refer to how he acts around you.
