What does it mean??
Both BTS and BigBang had a comeback with songs having this words and one is translated as "dope" and one is "ZUTTER". I think it maybe a slang!

쩐다(쩔어) means "freaking awesome"대단하다, 멋지다
It is regarded as a slang.
Here are some other commonly used slang.
뻘쭘하다 : 민망하다, 무안하다, 멋쩍다, 머쓱하다
꼰지르다 : 고자질하다, 일러바치다
쪽팔리다 : 창피하다. 부끄럽다
빡치다 : 화나다
