why say“Ich bin's Lu Wei” instead of “ich bin Lu Wei”，what does“bin's” mean

Ich bin´s = Ich bin es.
We use this, to asure the other person who there is. The two persons know each other:
A: Hallo, wer ist da?
B: Hallo Miriam, ich bin´s, Manuela.
