How do we ask others' height and weight?
Is it more common to ask like "How tall/heavy are you?"? Or "What's your height/weight?"? Thank you for your kind help!

How tall are you?
How much do you weigh?
It's important to note that it's generally considered impolite in the US to ask someone's weight.

Well it's not exactly a common question so it's hard to say.
I would use these:
What height are you? How tall are you?
What weight are you? How much do you weigh?
