It's just like the video said:
'Where do you come from?' is correct. 'Where are you come from?' is incorrect.

The simple and correct way is to say: Where are you from? More polite: May I ask where you're from?
In other languages, like Spanish, you would use a verb similar to "to come" in English. But that is not how we usually ask the question. Unless, of course, it is for some type of comedy.
