오늘은 쉬어요 = Today I'm getting some rest
오늘은 쉴거예요 = Today I will rest.
Chill in English in that context is considered slang. Don't think there is a similar slang term in Korean, but these 2 sentences are commonly used and mean the same as "chill day"
