What is the difference between the next words - comenzar, empezar, iniciar?

Son sinónimos, pero "iniciar" además tiene otro significado que no es compatible con "comenzar" o "empezar".
"Iniciar" también significa proporcionar a alguien los primeros conocimientos o experiencias sobre algo.
Por ejemplo:
"Pedro le inició en el arte de la música".
En ese caso, no es sustituible ni por "comenzar" ni por "empezar".

There's not significative difference between these three words. "comenzar, empezar e iniciar" are synonyms and can be used interchangeably most part of the times. :)
