Electric: pertaining to, derived from, produced by, or involving electricity.
Electric, in many cases is used interchangeably with electrical, is often restricted to the description of particular devices or to concepts relating to the flow of current:
e.g., electric bell; electric cord; electric shock; electric guitar; electric fire; electric charge; electric oven; electric current; electric eel; electric car.
Electrical is used in a more general sense, often to refer to the use of electricity as a whole as opposed to other forms of energy:
e.g., electrical engineering; an electrical appliance; an electrical consultant; an electrical storm; electrical systems.
Electronic is used to refer to equipment, such as television sets, computers, etc, in which the current is controlled by transistors, valves, and similar components and also referring to the components themselves:
e.g., electronic parts; electronic circuit boards.
Electronic relates to electrical devices that amplify and process electrical signals:
e.g., audio amplifiers, radios, and digital circuitry are electronic devices.
The scientific study of the behavior and design of electronic devices and circuits is called electronics.

Electrical. There are few actual electrical shops in the US and we refer to the section of the store dedicated to electrical stuff as the electrical aisle(s) or electrical department.
For small electronics/etc. we do have some electronics stores left, though most of this is done online now.

Thank you very much, Merlyn. So, the word 'italki' should be a proper name. But if we say 'Website', it's only a general name. Is that right? By the way, if you have any questions about the Persian language, I can help you. But as you know, there are several dialects of Persian. I don't know which dialect you like, actually.
