I'm going to my mother's house now / later on. I will go to my mother's house soon / next week.

The first usage is not common in English, " I go to my mother's house" I've never heard any native speaker say this though it grammatically correct. I am going means right now or in the near future. I will go, signals an intent to go, but the timing of the trip is non-specific.
