It is 'at the same time' if you mean that two or more events happened simultaneously, that is one was occurring while the other was.
'In the same time' is a rarer expression with a different meaning, it can be used to express that two activities took the same amount of time to occur. For example 'George ran 200 metres yesterday in the same time that Fred ran 100 metres today'
