What is the easiest language to learn besides your own? It can be that you just heard it was the easiest. but what would be an easy one to study along with other languages so that it wouldn't be a very hard one? :) thank you!

I can tell that English is the easiest language I ever learned. Between these languages (that I learned or I’m learning): French, German, Japanese, Spanish, Finnish and Arabic- is the hardest although is my mother tongue- I find English always the easiest ,especially its grammar. So if I order these languages from the hardest to the easiest for me, it would be: 1-Arabic 2-Finnish 3-japanese 4-french. 5-german 6- Spanish.

I heard from others and it would be easier for European people to study English. And it is bit harder for Chinese to study English. To me, I would like to study Japanese as there are certain similarities and some of the pronunciations can be pretty close.
