"Did you receive lots of presents?" / "Yes, loads.". That sounds perfectly fine. :) Other examples: "Did you have fun today?" "Yes, loads." / "How much food did you buy?" "Loads!" / "How much do you love him?" "Loads!" / "Do you want to go out tonight?" "Sorry, I have loads of work to do."
