"영어를 잘 못해서 그러는데, 누가 자꾸 질척이나요?" => I am not good with English, but does someone keep bothering you? => I can't speak English very well, but is someone giving you a hard time? * 질척이다/질척거리다: "be wet and sticky uncomfortably" (said of mud, dough mixtures, etc) * It is also a slang word for bothering someone by behaving badly, making an unwanted pass, etc.
