How do you use this phrase? Thanks. How do you use hook on? I don't hook on to the Internet. I don't hook on her. Does it make sense? Could you make some examples for me? Thanks.

"hook on" is not a standard phrasal verb. Your example sentences are not used. "hook up with" is a casual expression for "meet" or in a romantic context, "form a relationship" e.g. I'll hook up with you later. e.g. I hooked up with her at a party.
