A short Korean webdrama I enjoy(ed) watching is We Broke Up.
Plus the variety shows with celebrities are usually pretty funny, like Happy Together and Strong Heart, if you are into the Korean entertainment industry.

Web dramas I liked:
-We Broke Up
-I Order You
The variety shows I like are:
-Strong Heart
-Weekly Idol
and sometimes -> Hello Counselor
I watched all of these on Viki. They have both an app (for androids and iPhones) and a website.
