I'd translate Spanish "decisiónes factibles" as "practical" or "real-world decisions" and smooth out the language a little:
"A complementary tool for MS Excel, which supports making practical decisions in problems composed of two linear programming models."
Both the original Spanish (me parece, al mismo) and the English are incomplete sentences because they lack a verb.
