Is this correct? I do not know how to have my baby's clothes changed or dress him

I suspect you mean " I don't know how to change my baby's clothes or how to dress him." "Have my baby's clothes changed" suggests you want someone else to change your baby's clothes. It also seems a little redundant because changing clothes suggests taking them off and putting new clothes on, so it might be better just to say "I don't know how to change my baby's clothes."
