My eating habits
every day I take three main meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. At midmorning I usually also eat something and usually I snack in the afternoon. For breakfast I take skim milk, a banana and cereal bread. At mid-morning I eat a piece of fruit and at mid-afternoon a bread with jam and a piece of fruit. At Lunch and dinner as usual I eat poultry and fish. I not eat fried baked, boiled and grilled. At main meals usually drink a glass of mellow wine.
