What is ㄹ 때가 됐다? From this sentense: 이쯤이면 옷이 벗겨질 때가 됐는데. I more or less understand what 는데 means, and i know ㄹ 때. But what is ㄹ 때가 됐다?

"이쯤이면 옷이 벗겨질 때가 됐는데" => I think it is about time (she/he/someone) will be stripped. - 이쯤이면: 이쯤(about now) + 이면("if" form of 이다 - "is"). given the time. This is ripe time for ... - 벗다 (take off one's clothes); 벗기다(strip another's clothes - causative); 벗겨지다(be stripped - passive). - -ㄹ 때가 되다: 되다 here means "it comes the time", similar to -ㄹ 때이다 (it is time). - -는데: as an ending, it expresses something with a soft and unresolved nuance, as if something is left unsaid. 때가 되다 examples: - 이제 떠나야 할 때가 됐다 = 이제 떠나야 할 때다: Now the time to leave has come. - 때가 되면 알게 될거야: You'll know when the time comes. (a vague expression like "in due time") - 모두가 사라진 숲에는 나무들만 남아 있네 / 때가 되면 이들도 사라져 음 고요만이 남겠네 (from a song) => With everyone gone, only trees remain in the woods / In time they will go away too, leaving only the silence.
