Hello, I am a native English speaker.
First of all, 'can I become to be..?' is incorrect.
Use this template: 'Can I become (a/an) _____?
The correct way is (I am going to use 'doctor' as an example) : 'Can I become a doctor?'
Another example; 'Can I become an Australian citizen?'
