Normally, we say that "the holiday is over", just as we say that "a movie is over" or "dinner is over". When something is "over", it is finished, completed, passed. The big rain is finally over! So I would say, "Is your Easter holiday over?" "Is it over yet?" "Is it over already?"

Hi Almee, Yes, my Easter Holidays have finished. We had 4 public holidays in Australia from Friday to Monday. On Easter Sunday I ate a lot of chocolate Easter Eggs. :) Now I am back at work.
