amenities, premises, facilities and installations
Hello everybody.
I'd be really grateful if you could help me to differenciate the use of this words that I sometimes find as synonyms.
In this particular case I was looking for the most suitable word to define the set of parts which form a sports pavilion in the following sentence:
I think it would be considered as a priority to renew all (????) of our pavilion including the gym and changing room.
As I said at the beginning if you could tell me the different nuances between them it would be really helpful for me.
Thank you very much in advance for your time.

First: differentiate (spelling)
Take as an example, a university.
It is an institution. It exists only in people's minds.
The premises are the land and buildings that form the university.
Oxford dictionary defines a facility as "A place, amenity, or piece of equipment provided for a particular purpose". So a university may have a sports facility, including a gymnasium, which is also a facility. Lecture theatres may be considered as teaching facilities.
An amenity is defined as "A desirable or useful feature or facility of a building or place". So a swimming pool may be considered as an amenity, because it is useful. Amenity is more specific than facility. The sports centre (a facility) may include a gymnasium (an amenity).
In your example, the pavilion could be regarded as a facility, which contains a gym and changing room, which are also facilities, but also amenities.
"I think it would be considered as a priority to renew all (????) of our pavilion including the gym and changing room."
"as" unnecessary, but not incorrect.
Why (????)?
comma useful after pavilion

Premises: a house or building on a land
Get off my premises before I start shooting / target has entered the premises
Facility: A place that helps you do something in an easier way hence "facilitate" (gym spa etc..)
The facility was clean and elegant with crisp light emanating from glowing orbs on the walls.
Take a look at the rich list of facilities & guest services that the hotel provides.
installations: a large piece of equipment installed for use.
1) If we're talking about something physical then the word installation applies on machinery/equipment rather than an actual place
we're here to install the gym mirrors / rubber gym floor these are called gym installations (for example)
2) Installing a software
Amenities: facility or service
Answering this question for you is an amenity I will gladly provide
