I'd suggest booking a session with a teacher, so you can learn the R properly.

Hi Silvia! Here's a suggestion to help you with the Italian "R". Start from the letter "L" or "D" placing the top part of your tongue against the palate, and morph it into a rolled R by blowing and giving out a sound. Then try to transform the word "LATA" into "RATA" using this method. Actually, it is not a permanent solution, but it helps!

Hi Silvia! In order to learn how to pronounce the Italian R, the "Prince of Prussia" trick explained at minute 4:50 in the video: https://youtu.be/hAxkDTQF0xQ is very useful. Once you grasp the process try to exaggerate it and after a while you will be able to integrate a fairly good R in your speaking. It is hard indeed, especially for speakers of an asian language, but keep it up and you will succeed after a while! :)

I don't have particular tips but I wouldn't worry too much on the R pronunciation since even Asian people who are fluent in Italian struggle with it.
