Hola! En realidad la palabra es piñazo que significa golpe. Ejemple: Mario me dio un piñazo. Igualmente, se llama piñazo a un cóctel que se prepara con brandi, zumo de limón, zumo de naranja, zumo de piña y agua. Espero que te ayude.
