The Meaning of обхаживает
I have been practicing my Russian with my co-workers over in Russia. I sent an email to my co-worker saying just Спасибо for sending some documents to my colleague Катя and got the following from her branch manager:
А Бенечка всё не успокоится))))))
Уж он Полуняшечку обхаживает по-русски)))))
I don't quite get what he is saying exactly. I can't tell if it is a compliment, insinuation or insult.

I think it was humor. Ben keeps paying attentions (playing about) Катя and he makes it by Russian way. Бенечка is Ben, Полуняшка is Катя

I would say this has a bit of ironic meaning, like: "He is speaking Russian with her, he must be in love with her". OR it may be like "awww he is speaking Russian, so cuuute of him"
Обхаживать itself means to court, or to try to find an approach to smb

Okay, everything is clear with Бенечка though it sounds like you have drunk several barrels of vodka together.
But Полуняшечка? Is it semi-Няшечка? I'll puke now.
Обхаживать means to persuade Полуняшечку to have sex with you. Or at least to love you.
Her branch-manager speaks a disgusting Russian surely.

Если это- имена, то выражение имеет сексуальный подтекст.
