Is it correct the following sentence?
It's neither like eating a chicken nor like eating a rabbit. It's such a different meat.

Almost. The correct version would be "It's neither like eating chicken, nor like eating rabbit/nor rabbit. It's such a different meat."

I would usually us "or" instead of "nor" in conversation but both are correct.
