Expression of Mind How do you say in Japanese "Clearing the mind"? 「Clearing the mind」は日本語でなんと言いますか? Example  "I want run to clear my mind." or "I need to go out and clear my mind". or "I need to walk to clear my mind".

It depends on the context but we usually say for it, 1. 頭を空っぽにする (あたま を からっぽ にする) 2. 頭をスッキリさせる (あたま を すっきり させる) 3. 雑念を払う (ざつねん を はらう)

I agree Akiko's answer. And we often use words, "refresh(リフレッシュ)" or "reset(リセット)" or "気分転換(きぶんてんかん)". We use "気分転換(きぶんてんかん)" is changing or forgeting bad mind or things.
