relationship-wise I can't find the word in dictionary. What does "relationship-wise" mean?

It's an informal way of saying "in regards to" something. For example if someone asked you "How are things going?" You could answer "Well, work-wise everything is great, but relationship-wise, I'm having some problems." It would mean the same thing as "Well, work is great, but I'm having some problems with my relationship." It's most often used in information conversations.
