How do you read gr/ml
I'm not sure how to read 1 gr/ml. However, I know that gr stands for gram and ml stands for milliliter.

You read it "gram per milliliter".
If you search for this phrase with "quotes", you'll see more such units including "per" (/).

Be careful! If you are talking about grams, it should be "g/ml", read "grams per millilitre". "gr" is the abbreviation of "grains", which is an Imperial unit that is a fraction of a gram.
