Hello.
Is it correct? or maybe should I write "how your country is like"?

"What" is correct.
We use "what" a bit broader than "que" and restrict "how" (como) to a question about the way something is done.
What is your favorite book?
What book do you want?
How do you write a book?
How fast can you read a book?

The correct answer is "What is your country like?" You can also ask, "How is your country like?"
