The crushing mill with a lame donkey - the combination is hardly enough. 直译成英文有点麻烦……再译回来就是“破磨和瘸驴 - 这一对组合勉强可以(吧)” 不知道算不算译对了。 写得太快,结果弄错了,把“crushing mill”改成“crushed mill”吧。

应该是 I speak bad English, You speak bad Chinese. 瘸驴配破磨, 两将就 Literal translation: The lame mule matching a broken mill -- reluctant acceptance. Equivalent English idiom = Let beggars match with beggars.

虽然我不是100%确定,可是你觉得这个英文习语差不多能抓住你的意思吗?It's like the blind leading the blind。意思就是如果两个没有能力的人一起合作的话结果肯定不会导致成功。比如,I've got two builders renovating my living room, and neither of them have any experience. It's like the blind leading the blind, the work will never get done in time!
