What is "to quit" in Korean?
For example, how would I ask someone "did you quit/stop going to _______?"

You can ask like this '그만 뒀어요?' or '관0뒀어요?'

"Did you quit going to church?" 이제 (더 이상) 교회 안 다녀요?/교회 다니는 것 그만두었어요?
“Why did you quit going to college before completing your degree? 왜 학위 과정을 마치기 전에 학교를 그만두었어요?(학교를 그만두다=학업을 중단하다)/ 왜 학교를 다니다 말았어요?

"그만두다."로 많이 써요. 다이어트를 그만두다, 운동을 그만두다 등

그만해 is used in daily life, 삼가주세요 is very formal expression.
꺼져 is used when you want to make stop someone's action.
닥쳐 is used when you want to make someone quiet.
But 꺼져, 닥쳐 is swear words. Therefore, you should not use it in formal situation.
