What's the difference between "anyway" and "anyways"?

No difference, but 'anyways' is usually used without an adj before, i.e. '........, anyways that's the whole story.' but 'anyway' could be used with or without an adj, i.e.,'.........., so anyway that's the whole story.' Both are the same, It's very much a habit.

"Anyways" is just slang. It is incorrect English, but used frequently depending on region.
