How do i say this one sentence in korean? Can someone translate how to say "Eat a lot of delicious food today since it's your day (and forget about diet if you have it)." It's directed to a girl older than me so using 언니 will be nice here i guess.

"Eat a lot of delicious food today since it's your day (and forget about diet if you have it)."
