"Abbottona il (tuo)cappotto", "Metti il (tuo) cappello"(i.e. "Indossa il tuo cappello") and "Allaccia le (tue) scarpe"(i.e. "Tie your shoes") are correct, but in Italian, especially in informal conversations, we usually say:
- "AbbottonaTI il cappotto"
-"MettiTI il cappello"
-"AllacciaTI le scarpe"
It doesn't make so much difference really, it just sounds more natural and spontaneous :)
