I did not watch the clip, but in essence, it would be a gravestone, but rather than that person's name ingraved on it, it would have that message as a warning to others. A shrine is more like a small table or elevated shelf that one puts religious items on either in prayer or as remembrance of someone who has passed away. It isn't usually on a grave though (at least in my experience...). I hope that this helps you. J.
