"Have fun" and "Enjoy yourself" have the same meaning, I wouldn't even begin to think formality is an issue here. If there is a difference in formality, it's very very small.

"have fun" and "enjoy yourself" mean basically the same thing. "enjoy yourself" is a little more formal.
