There is a sentence "Jewish and gentile" in THE BIG BANG THEORY From the subtitle, i know that "Jewish" has two meanings, Jew and circumcision. In the serie, Bernadette wants to use the second meaning. But i cannot find this second meaning from the internet. Is this a saying in America, or it comes because people know that there was a "circumcision" for Jews?

My understanding from my very long ago study is that 'Gentile' is non-jewish. Circumcision is expected/normal for Jewish men, but I think the practice is common in the US for most boys. Not so here in the UK, it is quite unusual outside of religious practice and would only be done for medical reasons.
