How would I say this in Japanese?
Suki desu kada watashi wa nomimasu.
Or
Suki desu kada nomimasu.
I am teaching myself so I am struggling with the sentence structure. I might even have it totally wrong and I apologize. I realize that I am not using Japanese hiragana to spell this, but my phone will not allow me to download it.
Thank you in advance!

Suki dakara (watashi wa) nomimasu
I recommend you add English version of the sentence, to specify the question.
It will help us to understand what you really want to know.

I guess I would rather say
oishii desu kara nomimasu.
or
oishii desu kara watashi ha nomimasu.
The transcription of Japanese is slightly different.
The second sentence stresses that it is you and nobody else who likes that drink.

Watashi wa kore ga suki da kara nomi masu
Watashi wa kore ga suki desu。Dakara nomi masu
Both sentences mean that I drink it because I like. But if you want to mean that you are drinking it, you should use "nonde i masu" instead of "nomi masu".
