"That sounds good"
How do you say "that sounds good" or "That's good with me" when someone suggests something?
What are the variations of this in Spanish please?

Hi Ellie,
I give you some sentences than means this in Spanish:
- Me parece bien
- Por mi ok
- Perfecto
- Genial
More or less these have the same meaning, I give you some examples:
A: Podríamos ir de vacaciones a Madrid
B: In that case you can answer with any of the options, maybe the last one has more excitement.
If you have any additional question let me know ;)

Personalmente aplico, como nativa del español, empleo "Eso suena bien" cuando hablan otras personas mi idioma nativa de forma correcta.Ahora si haces referencia a una propuesta, se diría entonces "eso suena interesante"

The closest to english: Suena bien / Me suena bien ( not very common )
¿Quieres hacer esto ? :
Me parece bien
Vale
Bien
Si
Perfecto
Estupendo
Genial
Está bien
De acuerdo
... etc.
Hope this helps, as you can see there are many ways to agree in spanish.
Saludos
