I wouldn't like spaghetti IF it had xxxxx in the sauce. I don't like spaghetti at all.

More context is needed to answer this question but you would use 'I don't like ..' to state your preference - "I don't like cigarettes.' and 'I wouldn't like ..' to state a hypothetical preference - 'I wouldn't like to sit next to a smoker.' Hope this helps Bob
